- Step 3: Press the SONIC button once for the low intensity(LOW), and twice for the high intensity (HIGH). Low intensity can be used on your face; high intensity for other parts of the body such as arms, abdomen and legs.
- Step 4: Apply your chosen skin care product(gel, cream, or carrier oil) on areas that you wish to work on.
Precaution
- For best results, apply a skin care gel, cream, or carrier oil(such as coconut or almond oil) to the desired area before use.
- It is not recommended to use it continuously for more than 15 minutes on the same area.
