Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time is between 3-7 business days (Track Your Order)

Your tracking number will be provided within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.

We offer free shipping on all of our orders!

Please note, the delivery time only starts after payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

In the event of delayed delivery, orders may take longer than the expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

Kindly note, the dispatch time (1-3 business days) is different from the shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent to the designated courier). After your order has been processed, our courier will then pick up your package(s). An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

During peak season(holidays, promotions or other instances) processing time might take slightly longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, it is important to contact us within 1 hour should you wish to cancel as the order might have already been processed.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We do not accept responsibility for any packages returned to us as refused, undeliverable, unclaimed, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

Should you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, contact us as soon as possible at:​

Once we have processed the order we are not able to change the address, and we are not to be held responsible for the incorrect or insufficient address.
